If you or the organisation you represent want to become a customer, we need your personal data. The same reasoning applies when you or the organisation you represent want to become a supplier or start relation for doing business. When you apply with us for a position or internship, we’ll also need your personal data.

2. To provide our feedback

We use your personal data when you contact us, for example when you request information via our website by using our contact form.

3. To enable marketing activities

In order to be of service to you as contact person and the organization you represent and to provide the best possible support, we process data for marketing activities. For example, we can inform you about our products and services via telephone, e-mail or letter mail. We can also invite you to visit a corporate event, product presentation or an exhibition stand. Direct relevance of the information for you is paramount in all our marketing activities. We will not use your data for mass media advertising.

How long do we keep personal data?

We do not process more data than is necessary for the purposes as we have mentioned them. We do not store your personal data longer than necessary. The financial administration, which sometimes contains personal data, is stored in accordance with the legal requirements.

With whom do we share personal data?

In certain cases, we share your personal data with third parties. Obviously only with your approval. For some work we involve contractors or external systems, for example for customer data management. We only use contractors who take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. How do we guarantee your privacy?

We value privacy very much. We have a Privacy Officer who supervises compliance with privacy regulations and protection. The Privacy Officer is the central point of contact for both the organization and the supervisor. We also have employees who are responsible for the security of our IT infrastructure in general, and with regard to the AVG in particular. All employees have signed for confidentiality. We ensure that only employees who have to do this because of their position process your personal data.

Our website contains links to social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or YouTube. This Privacy & Cookie Policy does not apply to this social media. The use of social media is your own responsibility. We advise you to read the privacy rules of this social media carefully so that you know what happens to your data. Many social media providers are located outside the European Union and store your personal data outside the European Union. This means that your personal data may not be protected at the same level as within the European Union.

What rules apply to the processing of personal data?

You can always ask us which personal data we process from you. You will receive an overview of your personal details within four weeks at the latest. You can ask us to change incorrect data or to supplement your data. If you think your personal data should be removed, you can let us know.

We can adjust this Privacy & Cookie policy. We do this, for example, if the law or our policy changes. We therefore recommend that you regularly review the Privacy & Cookie policy when you visit our website.
